Questions from institutes
What does it cost for an institute?
Nothing. Registering your institute and following your students is free, and so are all Listening and Reading mock tests. Students pay only if they want AI marking of Writing or Speaking: $15 for 5 checks, or $12 a month for 30.
How do students join?
You get a join link when you register. Send it to your students by WhatsApp, email or your class group. They open it, create a free account (or sign in) and agree to share their results with you.
What can I see about each student?
Their name, email, target band and exam date, their latest band in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking, and every test they have taken with its score and date. You cannot see their essays, their Speaking answers or anything about their payments.
Can a student leave, or can I remove one?
Yes to both. A student can leave at any time from their account settings, and you can remove a student from your list. Either way, you stop seeing their results straight away.
What if our join link gets shared outside the institute?
Make a new link from your institute page. The old link stops working at once, and students who have already joined stay in your list. You can remove anyone who should not be there.
Are these official IELTS tests?
No. TestWise Prep is an independent practice site. Our tests follow the official IELTS format and our band scores are estimates, so use them to track progress, not as official results.
