Essay packs
Unused essay packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used checks can't be refunded.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid month. If you forgot to cancel and haven't used any checks since renewal, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
Failed marking
If AI marking fails, your check is returned to your account automatically.
